Everything seems to be moving so fast for us at the moment- we have so much coming up- and so much to do!!
We hope to see lots of familiar faces at our Rush Hour Bake Sale! On Wednesday 25th April, we will be on the London platform of Ashtead Railway Station from 6am- 10am selling home made cakes and biscuits. We think it will be a great way to reach out to the wider community; so far, our support base is friends, family and- of course- customers! So it will be great to talk to lots of new people.
Southern Rail have been really supportive of us and very generous, inviting us to hold a stall at Sutton Railway Stations 165th Anniversary event on May 10th as well as donating 6 train tickets for our raffle. We are hoping to sell Krispy Kreme Donuts at the stall and have a childrens game like pin the tail on the donkey with yummy prizes!
The third event we have planned (so far) is at Ashtead Football club and will be on Sunday, May 27th. All ages are welcome to come down for our fun filled old school sports day! There will be 5-a-side football, bean bag races and hula hooping contests for all ages with medals and trophies for the winners during the day, followed by food and a raffle inside in the evening. We have some really great raffle prizes lined up, all donated by local businesses and there is a bar open all day!
So far, prizes include: Family photo portrait voucher worth £105, £10 Pizza Hut voucher, 2 Starbucks coffee bags and vouchers, a meal for 4 people at ASK, £30 body shop set, some goodies from Boots, £20 Cafe Rouge voucher, 2 Odeon cinema tickets, 6 free Subways, family entry to Polesdon Lacey, tickets for Bocketts Farm, tickets for Birdworld, a House of Fraser hamper worth over £100 and, of course, Superfish vouchers!
