Event No. 1!!

We want to say a massive thank you to Ashtead Station and Southern Rail for being so supportive of us in the last week! Jenny and I went to the station on Tuesday to ask them if we could do a charity bake sale at the station in April- and they said yes!

Not only did they say yes, they could not have been more supportive and enthusiastic in helping us! The Royal Marsden is the Sutton area of Southern Rail's chosen charity so they were really pleased that we were supporting them as one of our charities, too!

They are looking in to running a piece in their staff breifs and to get photo's to do a piece in their Newsletter after the bake sale. On top of all of this, they have donated a family rail voucher as a prize in our raffle!

We are so grateful for their help and support and can't wait to get baking! Hopefully we will be hitting the morning rush hour and lots of the commuters will have already heard about us in the local papers, etc.

At the moment, we have April 25 pinned for the sale and it will be from 6am to 10.30am- so we hope to see you there!

emily :)
